If I can't make time in my crazy-busy schedule for this, I guess I can't make time for anything - today, Thursday, April 26th, 2007 (with slightly less fanfare here than I had intended), Tom is celebrating his 30th birthday, and I would like everyone to join Cindy and me in wishing Tom a great day!

Birthday messages for Tom can be left in the comments; usually I would stop accepting new messages once Tom's birthday is over, but I would also have usually started accepting them about four weeks before it started ... So, with that in mind, you'll be able to leave messages for Tom until Monday, which gives you the whole weekend to think of something to say! In a little blurb over on USA Today's web edition, Wilhelmina Models President, Sean Patterson, had this to say about fomer employee, Tom:

"Tom had just come in from Detroit, and he always seemed to glow. He was very sweet-natured. He was definitely more boyish then. He is much more of a man now."

TiFaux promises more on the winners later, but they've just closed voting and announced that Tom and Kristen Bell were the champs. I know the suspense wasn't keeping Tom up at night, but I'm glad he won.

I mean, when the guy hardly ever has news items posted about him (it's been a very slow couple of months), I guess it's easy to latch onto something silly like this and not let go.

Maybe it wasn't a big surprise that it would come down to Tom Welling pitted against Wentworth Miller in the championship round. They really were the two hottest guys in the TiFaux tournament.

However, I hope all of you agree with me that as hot as Wentworth is, he doesn't come close to Tom.

TiFaux's Final Four Round of the hottest hotties in TV is up and Tom is against Wentworth Miller!

Well, all of his terrific fans helped Tom pull ahead of that other guy (I seriously don't remember who he was and can't be bothered to look it up, all I remember is that he was from Gray's Anatomy). So Tom has advanced to the next round of that Hot Men in TV tournement, the Elite 8.

It's not even Monday yet, when Tifaux had originally promised the next round would start, but voting has already started. Maybe they couldn't resist putting it up early because they can't wait to see what will happen next... I know I can't, so go vote!.
