Continuing the press tour that began two days earlier, Tom made guest appearances on two shows on Monday, September 23rd, 2002, to promote the upcoming second season of Smallville.
In the morning Tom was interviewed on Live With Regis And Kelly, and in the afternoon he appeared on MTV's Total Request Live.

Having been absent from the promotional scene all summer, Tom broke his silence on Saturday, September 21st, when he and his Smallville co-stars Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum were present at a press conference for the second season of Smallville.
The event, held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, was the start of a four-day-long press tour for Tom.
